JobNect is a job board that helps people in Kenya discover open roles and apply to listings published on our platform. By using JobNect or submitting an application, you agree to these Terms of Use.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to work in Kenya, or otherwise eligible for the role you apply to. Information you provide must be accurate and truthful.

Listings are posted by JobNect administrators on behalf of employers or hiring partners. We try to keep listings accurate, but we do not guarantee that every detail is complete or that a role remains open after you apply.

Submitting an application does not create an employment contract with JobNect. Hiring decisions are made by the relevant employer or partner.

• Do not submit false, misleading, or duplicate applications.
• Do not use the platform for spam, harassment, or unlawful activity.
• We may remove listings or reject applications that violate these terms.

You are responsible for the information you submit, including your contact details, location, education, and cover note. Keep your details up to date if an employer contacts you.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of JobNect at any time. We may also update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

JobNect is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for hiring outcomes, employer conduct, or losses arising from your use of the platform.
